s 69 Consent of Public Prosecutor
69. No prosecution may be commenced in respect of an offence under section 6, 62, 62C, 63, 65 or 66 except with the consent of the Public Prosecutor.[15/2010] [Act 35 of 2022 wef 01/01/2023]
