High Court (Admiralty Jurisdiction) Act 1961 s 6

s 6 Wages

6. Nothing in this Act shall be construed as limiting the jurisdiction of the General Division of the High Court to refuse to entertain an action for wages by the master or a member of the crew of a ship, not being a Singapore ship.[40/2019]
