s 18 Presentation of health products

18.—(1) A person must not supply any health product unless the presentation of the health product complies with such requirements as may be prescribed. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
