s 5 Constitution of Authority

5.—(1) The Authority consists of —(a) a Chairperson; and (b) not less than 6 but not more than 10 other members, all of whom must be appointed by the Minister. (2) The Minister may appoint the Chief Executive to be a member of the Authority.
