41C. In any written law enacted or made before 2 January 2021 —(a) a provision that confers any jurisdiction or power on the High Court is, on or after that date, to be read as conferring that jurisdiction or power on the General Division of the High Court; (b) a reference to an appeal or other process to or from the High Court is, on or after that date, to be read as a reference to an appeal to or from the General Division of the High Court; and (c) a power to make subsidiary legislation in relation to proceedings in the High Court is, on or after that date, to be read as a power to make subsidiary legislation in relation to proceedings in both the General Division of the High Court and Appellate Division of the High Court.[40/2019]
