s 101S Interpretation of this Division
101S. In this Division ––“book” includes any record, register, document or other record of information, and any account or accounting record, however compiled, recorded or stored, whether in written or printed form or on microfilm or in any other electronic form or otherwise;
“Commercial Affairs Officer” means a Commercial Affairs Officer appointed under section 64 of the Police Force Act 2004;
“data” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Computer Misuse Act 1993;
“police officer” means a member of the Singapore Police Force.[Act 12 of 2024 wef 24/01/2025]
