s 65 Application of sections 66 to 69 and 71, 72 and 73
65.—(1) Sections 66 and 68 do not apply to a general reinsurance broker or life reinsurance broker in respect of contracts for the reinsurance of liabilities under insurance policies.[23/2003] (2) Section 67 does not apply to —(a) a licensed financial adviser or exempt financial adviser, or its representatives, in respect of life policies, other than life policies with accident and health benefits and contracts for the reinsurance of liabilities under insurance policies; or (b) a general reinsurance broker or life reinsurance broker in respect of contracts for the reinsurance of liabilities under insurance policies.[23/2003] (3) Sections 69, 71 and 73 do not apply to a licensed financial adviser or an exempt financial adviser, or its representatives, in respect of life policies, other than contracts for the reinsurance of liabilities under insurance policies.[23/2003] [Act 18 of 2022 wef 31/07/2024] (4) Section 72 does not apply to a licensed financial adviser or an exempt financial adviser, or its representatives, in respect of life policies, other than life policies with accident and health benefits and contracts for the reinsurance of liabilities under insurance policies.[35N [23/2003] [Act 18 of 2022 wef 31/07/2024]
