s 21F Extension of validity of PHE Order
21F. —(1) The appropriate Minister may, from time to time, by order extend the validity of a PHE Order for a period not exceeding 90 days at any one time, and this period must be specified in the order for extension. (2) Section 21E(3), (4) and (5) applies to an order made under subsection (1) as those provisions apply to a PHE Order.
