s 38 Person supplying food and water
38. —(1) The master, owner or agent of every vessel and any person supplying food and water to the vessel must ensure that the food and water supplied to the vessel is fit for human consumption. (2) The master, owner or any person in charge of a vessel or vehicle employed for carrying food or water intended for human consumption must ensure that the vessel or vehicle and the food and water receptacles therein are in a clean and sanitary condition. (3) Any person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000. —(1) The master, owner or agent of every vessel and any person supplying food and water to the vessel must ensure that the food and water supplied to the vessel is fit for human consumption.
