s 45B Medical examination of persons leaving Singapore
45B. —(1) The appropriate Minister may, for the purpose of preventing the spread of an infectious disease out of Singapore, by written order — ( a ) require all or any persons or class of persons leaving Singapore to undergo any medical examination specified in the order within or at such time and at such place, as may be specified in the order; and ( b ) impose any condition that the appropriate Minister thinks fit on that person or those persons. [Act 13 of 2024 wef 09/04/2024] (2) Any person (including any person in a class of persons) given an order under subsection (1) who, without reasonable excuse, refuses or fails to comply with the order shall be guilty of an offence.
