s 5 Advisory committees
5. The appropriate Minister may establish one or more advisory committees consisting of such members as he or she may appoint for the purpose of giving advice to the Director‑General of Public Health, the Director‑General, Food Administration or the Director-General of Health (as the case may be) with regard to such matters arising out of the administration of this Act as are referred to them by the appropriate Minister.
