s 67A Immunity from liability for disclosure
67A. No person commits an offence under any written law or any breach of confidence, incurs any civil liability or is liable to any disciplinary action by a professional body, by virtue merely of disclosing any information or providing any thing, in good faith and with reasonable care — ( a ) in accordance with any requirement under this Act; or ( b ) as authorised by the Director-General of Health under section 57B.
