Info-communications Media Development Authority Act 2016 s 17

s 17 Resignation from office

17.—(1) A member may resign his or her office by written notice to the Minister. (2) The resignation is effective —(a) on the expiry of one month after the date on which the Minister receives the notice; or (b) on any later date specified in the notice.
