Info-communications Media Development Authority Act 2016 s 37

s 37 Proceedings of committees, etc.

37.—(1) Subject to this Act, the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018 and the control of the Authority, a committee appointed under section 36 may regulate its own proceedings and business.[5/2018] (2) Section 18 applies to a committee and the members of the committee, with the necessary modifications.
