s 59 Exercise of jurisdiction under certain sections
59.—(1) The powers of a Court under sections 25, 35, 39(4), 41, 43, 44, 56, 57, 58 and 82 shall be exercisable by the Court constituted by the president alone.[23/2002]
(2) An application to a Court for an order under section 56, 57 or 58 may be made by any trade union, platform work association or person interested or by the Commissioner, the Registrar or the Attorney-General.[Act 30 of 2024 wef 01/01/2025]
