s 68 Decisions of Court
68.—(1) Where a Court constituted otherwise than by the president alone is divided in opinion on a question, the question shall be decided according to the decision of the majority of those constituting the Court or, if there is no such majority decision, according to the decision of the president. (2) A decision of a Court shall be signed by the president and shall be delivered by him or by the Registrar at the direction of the president. (3) The decision of a Court upon a trade dispute or matter shall be given within 2 weeks after the completion of the hearing of the trade dispute or matter or within such extended time as in special circumstances the Court considers to be required for the proper consideration of the trade dispute or matter.
