s 85 Penalties for offences for which no express penalty provided

85. Any person guilty of an offence under this Act for which no express penalty is provided shall be liable on conviction by a Magistrate’s Court to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.[36/2010]
