s 170 Property and proceedings
170.—(1) Any attachment, sequestration, distress or enforcement order put in force against the estate or effects of the company after the commencement of a creditors’ voluntary winding up is, unless the Court otherwise orders, void.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
(2) After the commencement of the winding up, no action or proceeding may be proceeded with or commenced against the company except by the permission of the Court and subject to such terms as the Court may impose.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
