s 184 Limitation on right to wind up voluntarily

184. Where an application has been made to the Court to wind up a company on the ground that it is unable to pay its debts, the company must not, without the permission of the Court, resolve that it be wound up voluntarily.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
