s 371 Payment of monthly contribution
371.—(1) Subject to subsection (2), a bankrupt who is not discharged must pay to the Official Assignee, on or before such day of each month as the Official Assignee may specify in writing, an amount not less than the bankrupt’s monthly contribution. (2) Where the target contribution for a bankruptcy has been paid in full, whether through payments by the bankrupt or otherwise, subsection (1) ceases to apply to the bankrupt. (3) To avoid doubt, subsection (1) does not prevent any person other than the bankrupt from paying, to the Official Assignee, any amount towards the bankrupt’s target contribution.
