s 12 Effect of failure to comply with section 7
12. Where at any inquiry held under section 10 no objection has been made by any person interested that section 7 has not been properly complied with, the award made in the inquiry shall not be questioned in any appeal before the Board or in any court on the ground —(a) that section 7 has not been properly complied with; (b) that any notice published under section 8(1) or served under section 8(2) is in any way defective by reason of any failure by the Collector to comply with section 7; or (c) that the award does not purport to state the area of the land to which it relates in accordance with section 10(1)(a).[2/2012]
