s 14 Power to summon and enforce attendance of witnesses and production of documents
14.—(1) For the purpose of inquiries under this Act, the Collector has power to summon and enforce the attendance of witnesses, including the parties interested or any of them, and to compel the production of documents by the same means, and, so far as may be, in the same manner, as is provided in the case of a court under the Rules of Court for the time being in force.[26/2014] (2) The Collector has, in particular, power to compel the production of any resolution by the subsidiary proprietors constituting the management corporation for a strata title plan where that is relevant to the making of any award of compensation for the acquisition under this Act of any property comprised in the strata title plan.[26/2014]
