s 39A Court to which appeal is to be made
39A.—(1) The Minister may, after consulting the Chief Justice, by order in the Gazette, determine that appeals under section 29(2) are to be made to the Appellate Division of the High Court, instead of the Court of Appeal.[40/2019]
(2) The Minister may, after consulting the Chief Justice, by order in the Gazette, determine that appeals under section 38(2) are to lie to the Appellate Division of the High Court, instead of the Court of Appeal.[40/2019]
