s 44A Disqualification as to certain compensation
44A. If an owner of any temporarily occupied land gives to the Collector any notice under section 49(1) in relation to that land within the claim period as defined in section 49A(9) for temporarily occupied land, the owner is entitled to claim only for loss due to displacement of any person in lawful occupation of the land on the date of the last notice under section 42(3), and no other item in the Schedule.[12/2015]
