s 54 Rules

54.—(1) The Minister may make rules generally for carrying out the provisions of this Act, and without prejudice to that general power, may make rules for the guidance of officers in all matters connected with this Act. (2) All such rules must be published in the Gazette and must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication.
