Land Betterment Charge Act 2021 s 46

s 46 Interpretation of this Part

46. In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires —“appealable decision” means any of the following decisions of the Authority not made upon a reference under section 47(4)(b):(a) a refusal to make a deferment determination under section 20; (b) a cancellation of a deferment determination under section 22(5); (c) the making of a liability order or a revised liability order under section 25 or 27; (d) a refusal to approve a transfer of any deferred liability to pay any land betterment charge under section 23; (e) the giving of a rectification order under section 40(1)(d) or (2); “appellant” means the person making an appeal against an appealable decision given to that person.
