s 26 Qualified owner entitled to remuneration
26. Where an act is done under section 23 in relation to a protected layout‑design, the Government must pay to the qualified owner of the protected layout‑design the remuneration —(a)
that is agreed;
(b)
that is determined by a method agreed between the Government and the qualified owner; or
(c)
in default of agreement, that is determined by the Court on the application of either of them.
