s 11 Partners

11.—(1) Any individual or body corporate may be a partner in a limited liability partnership. (2) To avoid doubt, the reference in subsection (1) to body corporate excludes any trade union or platform work association.[7 [Act 30 of 2024 wef 01/11/2024]
