Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005 s 57

s 57 Amendment of Sixth and Seventh Schedules

57.—(1) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend —(a) the Sixth Schedule in relation to the list of limited liability partnerships to which this Part does not apply; and (b) the Seventh Schedule in relation to the meanings of “significant control” and “significant interest”.[16/2017] (2) All orders made under this section must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.[32P [16/2017]
