Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005 s 94

s 94 Service of documents on partner and manager

94. Any document required to be served under this Act on a partner or manager of a limited liability partnership, who is an individual, is sufficiently served if addressed to the partner or manager and left at or sent by post to his or her residential address or contact address.[59A [35/2014] [Act 21 of 2024 wef 09/12/2024]
