s 10AA Extension or abridgment of time

10AA. Without affecting section 18(2) of, and paragraph 7 of the First Schedule to, the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969, the court may, at any time and on any terms it thinks just, by order extend or abridge the time prescribed for any thing under any rules made under section 10(2)(g).[Act 37 of 2023 wef 17/07/2024]
