s 126 Preparation of bills of costs as between solicitor and client

126. Bills of costs for assessment as between solicitor and client must be drawn in the manner provided by the Rules of Court, and the assessment is governed by those Rules.[22/2018] [Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
