s 13 Requirements for admission as advocate and solicitor
13. Subject to any rules made under section 14, an eligible person must not be admitted as an advocate and solicitor unless he or she —(a) has attained 21 years of age; (b) is of good character; (c) has satisfactorily served the practice training period applicable to him or her; (d) has attended and satisfactorily completed such courses of instruction as the Board of Directors of the Institute may prescribe under section 10; and (e) has passed such examinations as the Board of Directors of the Institute may prescribe under section 10.[Act 37 of 2023 wef 17/07/2024]
