s 137 Interpretation of this Division
137. In this Division, unless the context otherwise requires —“legal services” means the legal services which an advocate and solicitor who has in force a practising certificate can perform under this Act;[Act 37 of 2023 wef 14/06/2024]
“limited liability partnership agreement”, “manager” and “officer” have the meanings given by the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005.[40/2014]
