s 146 Appeal against decision of Director of Legal Services under this Division

146.—(1) Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Director of Legal Services under this Division may, within the prescribed period, appeal to the Minister in the prescribed manner.[40/2014] (2) A person making an appeal under subsection (1) must comply with any rules made under section 150 for the purposes of this section.[40/2014] (3) In determining an appeal under this section, the Minister may —(a) confirm, vary or reverse the decision of the Director of Legal Services; or (b) direct the Director of Legal Services to reconsider that decision.[40/2014]
