s 152 Interpretation of this Division

152. In this Division, unless the context otherwise requires —“company” has the meaning given by the Companies Act 1967; “legal services” means the legal services which an advocate and solicitor who has in force a practising certificate can perform under this Act.[40/2014] [Act 37 of 2023 wef 14/06/2024]
