s 36X Protection from personal liability
36X.—(1) No liability shall be incurred by any person or committee specified in subsection (2) for anything done (including any statement made) or omitted to be done in good faith in the execution or purported execution of any function, duty or power of that person or committee (as the case may be) under this Part or any rules made under section 36Y.[40/2014] (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the persons and committees are as follows:(a) the instructing authority; (b) the appointing committee; (c) any member (including a temporary member) or the secretary of the appointing committee; (d) any complaints committee; (e) any member or the secretary of a complaints committee.[40/2014]
