s 40A Service of documents on partner and manager

40A. Any document required to be served under this Act on a partner, who is an individual, or local manager, of a limited partnership is sufficiently served if addressed to the partner or local manager and left at or sent by post to his or her residential address or contact address.[35/2014] [Act 21 of 2024 wef 9/12/2024]
