s 16 Cancellation of practising certificates
16.—(1) The Board may cancel a practising certificate of any registered surveyor on any ground specified in section 15(4) which applies to the registered surveyor, whether or not that ground existed at the time when the practising certificate was issued. (2) The Board must not cancel any practising certificate under subsection (1) unless an opportunity of being heard either personally or by counsel has been given to the person concerned. (3) Any person whose practising certificate has been cancelled by the Board under this section may, within 30 days after being notified of the cancellation, appeal to the General Division of the High Court whose decision is final.[40/2019]
