s 121 Legal proceedings

121.—(1) Every application to the court under this Act must be by originating application.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2021] (2) Where this Act provides for any sum to be recovered by any person or authority from any other person or authority, the sum may be recovered by an action for a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
