s 70 Service of documents
70. Any notice or other document required or authorised by any provision of this Act to be served on any person, or to be given or sent to any person, may be served, given or sent —(a)
by delivering it to that person;
(b)
by sending it by post to that person at that person’s usual or last known residence or place of business in Singapore; or
(c)
in the case of a body corporate, by delivering it to the secretary of the body corporate at its registered or principal office or sending it by post to the secretary of that body corporate at the office.
