s 25 Freezing proceeds of unlicensed moneylending

25.—(1) A person must not deal with any specified property, or any funds in any specified account, unless the person does so under the authority of a licence granted under section 28. (2) A person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —(a) in the case where the person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $200,000; or (b) in any other case, to a fine not exceeding $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both. (3) This section is subject to section 24(2).[15E
