Moneylenders Act 2008 s 65

s 65 Remuneration and expenses of statutory manager

65. The Registrar may at any time fix the remuneration and expenses to be paid by the designated credit bureau to a statutory manager appointed in relation to the designated credit bureau, whether or not the appointment has been revoked.[30M [7/2018]
