s 68 Duty to submit information of repayments and instalments
68.—(1) A licensee must submit the following information to the designated credit bureau within such time as may be prescribed:(a) information relating to any repayment of a loan granted by the licensee or any instalment of a repayment of such loan; (b) information relating to the writing off of any debt arising from a loan granted by the licensee.[7/2018] (2) Any licensee who without reasonable excuse contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.[30P [7/2018]
