s 32 Dissolution of registered organisations
32. A registered organisation may terminate or be dissolved in any of the following ways:(a)
upon the happening of any event declared by the rules to amount to termination of the organisation;
(b)
by the consent of three-fourths of the members of the organisation testified by their signatures to an instrument of dissolution;
(c)
by the Registrar in the cases specified in this Act.
