47.—(1) Every registered organisation may sue and be sued in the name in which it is registered under this Act. (2) An originating claim or other legal process may be served on a registered organisation by serving it on an officer of the organisation or by leaving it at, or sending it by registered post to, the registered address of the organisation.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022] (3) The judgment in any suit against a registered organisation shall not be enforced against the person or property of any officer or member of the organisation but only against the property of the organisation.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
