s 9 Registration of amendments of rules
9.—(1) An amendment of the rules of a registered organisation shall not be valid until the amendment has been registered under this Act, for which purpose copies of the amendment signed by 3 members and the secretary shall be sent to the Registrar. (2) The Registrar, on being satisfied that the amendment is not contrary to the provisions of this Act, shall issue to the registered organisation an acknowledgment of registration of the amendment and that acknowledgment shall be conclusive evidence that the amendment is duly registered. (3) Any person aggrieved by the refusal of the Registrar to register an amendment may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
