s 30 Obstruction of inspection or search
30.—(1) It shall be an offence for a person to —(a) obstruct any officer of the Bureau, police officer, officer of customs or other public officer in the exercise of any power under this Act; (b) fail to comply with any lawful requirement of any officer of the Bureau, police officer, officer of customs or other public officer in the execution of his or her duty under this Act; (c) without reasonable excuse, fail to furnish such information in his or her possession as may be required by any officer of the Bureau, police officer, officer of customs or other public officer; or (d) furnish to any officer of the Bureau, police officer, officer of customs or other public officer any information which the person knows or has reason to believe to be false.
