Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act 2000 s 24

s 24 Cessation of approval

24. An approval of an organisation providing step-down care as an approved provider ceases to have effect if —(a) the approval is revoked under section 25; or (b) the period (if any) to which the approval is limited under section 23(6) expires.
