s 14 Appeal to Minister

14.—(1) Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar under this Part may appeal to the Minister within 14 days after the date on which the person is notified of the decision or any longer period allowed by the Minister. (2) The Minister may confirm, vary or reverse the Registrar’s decision appealed against, or give any directions in the matter that the Minister thinks fit. (3) The Minister’s decision under subsection (2) is final.
